Matters Arising.<br />
i) Mr. Hunt noted that the Transfer Station construction is complete.<br />
ii)<br />
<strong>Council</strong> requested a report to be brought forward to the next<br />
<strong>Committee</strong>/<strong>Council</strong> meeting regarding the current free dump days at the<br />
landfill site for McDougall residents and noted that as of today the free<br />
dump days at the landfill are suspended until a decision is made. Updates<br />
will be posted on the McDougall website to keep residents informed of the<br />
future practices of the McDougall Landfill.<br />
13. FINANCE<br />
i) Accounts Payable.<br />
Concillor Malott declared a pecuniary interest regarding one item on the<br />
accounts payable listing.<br />

THAT the attached list of Accounts Payable for January 16, <strong>2018</strong> in the amount<br />
of $316, 973.12 and payroll for January 14, <strong>2018</strong> in the amount of $47,347.02 be<br />
