AD-HOC WELLNESS AND POOL RECREATIONAL COMMITTEE POOLCOMPLEXINPS@GMAIL.COM WWW.PSCOMPLEX.COM Next steps There are more questions than answers, about the next steps, if any, however, because of different economic factors, different ideas, new voices, it seems like a good opportunity to have a committee re-visit the possibility of this concept. However, we need engagement from the ALL of the municipalities. Over time, a few of the municipalities have expressed 'interest', but never have all seven been at the same table to discuss the concept. After the election, and assuming there is enough representation to form a committee, the next steps will include, but are not limited to: Develop a Terms of Reference Develop a high level operating action plan for the committee Review previous studies/information related to a recreation centre in Parry Sound Review current/new information related to recreation centres (e.g., Bracebridge, Gravenhurst) Develop preliminary financial scenario analyses and options Make recommendations to the participating partners 9 | P a g e
