<strong>Council</strong>lor Constable gave an update regarding DSSAB and noted that<br />
there is a zero increase for the <strong>2018</strong> budget.<br />
Mayor Robinson gave an update regarding the advertising for the new<br />
Economic Development Officer. He is hopeful that a new Officer will be in<br />
place by the end of <strong>February</strong>.<br />
<strong>Council</strong>lor Gregory gave an update regarding the Belvedere Heights<br />
security system project.<br />
18. REPORT OF THE CAO<br />
Mr. Hunt noted that a letter has been forwarded to CP Rail and Transport<br />
Canada regarding the CP Rail crossing.<br />
He also gave an update regarding the Ministry of Transportation and the<br />
proposed bike path. Mr. Hunt will respond back to Mr. Scharger with updated<br />
information.<br />
