Holy Trinity & St Margaret's<br />
Saturday 2nd 7.30pm we will be showing the film<br />
‘The Shack’ in St Margaret’s Church. This is a story<br />
of a man’s encounter with a trinity of unusual<br />
characters after losing his daughter. A feature<br />
length film certificate 12. Free.<br />
Sunday 10th<br />
4pm – Christingle at St Margaret’s. A beautiful<br />
opportunity for the family to experience<br />
something of the light and wonder of the<br />
Christmas story. The service is in support of the<br />
Children’s Society.<br />
6pm – ‘Carols for All’ at Holy Trinity. Warm up your<br />
vocal chords for a marathon sing as we rehearse<br />
many of our favourite carols and readings.<br />
Sunday 17th<br />
4pm - Family Carols at St Margaret’s. A service for<br />
children and adults alike, taking an alternative and<br />
creative view of the events that first Christmas.<br />
6pm - Lessons and Carols at Holy Trinity. Our<br />
traditional service of Lessons and Carols followed<br />
by mulled wine and mince pies – the sound and<br />
taste of Christmas.<br />
Christmas Eve Saturday 24th …<br />
3pm – TYGRE Club Nativity plays at St Margaret’s.<br />
TYGRE Club children lead us into the stable at<br />
Bethlehem to bow down and worship the Christ<br />
Child.<br />
4pm - Crib Service at Holy Trinity. An unusual<br />
range of farmyard and domestic animals make<br />
their way to our crib scene.<br />
5pm – a fun but more reflective crib service<br />
11.30pm - Midnight Communion at Holy<br />
Trinity and St Margaret’s. The perfect way to<br />
start Christmas as we worship in the quiet<br />
hours of the Christmas eve night.<br />
Christmas Day Sunday 25th<br />
8am Holy Communion at Holy Trinity. A<br />
traditional way to start Christmas.<br />
10am Family Communion services at Holy<br />
Trinity and St Margaret’s. An opportunity to<br />
worship the reason for the season.<br />
