or equipment malfunctioning or maintenance, the pool facilities<br />

used by Continuing Education may have to be closed with little or<br />

no advance notice. <strong>In</strong> these cases, no refunds will be offered, nor<br />

will make-ups be available because of tight scheduling of swimming,<br />

water exercise and other physical education classes. For additional<br />
