T’ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation consisting of 19 movements and one pose. Its<br />
purpose is to circulate and balance one’s “chi” or vital force life energy. Health benefits<br />
include better balance, blood pressure control, and reduction in symptoms associated with<br />
stress, shingles, and arthritis. No special attire or equipment. Bring a towel and mat. Wear<br />
comfortable clothing.<br />
T’AI CHI CHIH: CONTINUING PEDU:767<br />
Designed for students who have completed a beginning T’ai Chi Chih class and want to<br />
enhance their practice. Each week we will complete a shortened silent practice of all 19<br />
movements and the final pose, explore key principles of the form and refine individual<br />
movements. Wear comfortable clothing.<br />
