ARTICLE XIII AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS These By-Laws may be altered, amended or repealed and new By-Laws may be adopted by a vote of the membership via electronic ballot, with said electronic ballot sent to all voting members. A vote of thirty five percent (35%) of the voting membership is required to pass any alteration, amendment or the repeal of these By-laws.
