Reinstalled NetTrade but database is not restored properly

Step 1 : Install existing version of NetTrade setup
Step 2 : Activate the NetTrade from SAM
Step 3 : Then crash restore the NetTrade DB
Step 4 : Apply new version patch for NetTrade
