La côte est dispose d’un beau climat chaud et<br />
humide toute l'année. Même pendant la saison<br />
sèche, la pluie tombe régulièrement.<br />

Le lac Ampitabe est situé sur une péninsule à<br />
l'est de Madagascar, à environ 90 km au sud de<br />
la grande ville de Toamasina (Tamatave). De<br />
Toamasina, comptez 70 km en voiture sur la<br />
RN2, qui est en assez bon état. Ensuite, rendez<br />
vous au petit village de Manambato où un<br />
bateau vous amènera à la réserve.<br />
Ampitabe Lake is located on a peninsula in the<br />
East of Madagascar, about 90 km South of the<br />
city of Toamasina (Tamatave). From Toamasina,<br />
estimate with 70 km by car on the RN2, which is<br />
in pretty good condition. After reaching the small<br />
village of Manambato, continue by boat to the<br />
reserve.<br />
