Dans le contexte particulièrement sensible que le Pays
traverse actuellement, la Culture, se trouve être une valeurrefuge.
En effet les principes fondamentaux dont elle est porteuse,
plaide toutes en faveur de la cohésion, du dialogue, de la
compréhension mutuelle, face aux différences voire les
divergences plus ou moins profondes dans l’analyse et
l’appréciation des faits. La Culture est une valeur-refuge, si les
protagonistes acceptent de s’inspirer des principes moraux
et humanistes dont notre culture est riche à profusion et qui
sublime la TRANSPARENCE ET LA PRIMANTE DE L’AME : « Ny
FANAHY no maha-OLONA » (C’est l’AME qui fait l’HOMME).
Que chacun s’attache à être un « manam-panahy » (Homme
d’une grande élévation d’âme) pour que Madagascar ne risque
pas de perdre… son AME.

In the particular sensitive context that our nation is
currently going through, Culture remains her safe haven.
Arguably the basic principles which it embodies, all
speak in favour of the cohesion, the dialogue, the mutual
understanding, in order to face the differences even the
more or less deep divergences by the analysis and the
assessment of the facts. Culture is a safe haven, if all
actors agree to be inspired by the morals and humanistic
principles of which our culture is rich in abundance and
which sublimate into the TRANSPARENCY AND THE
PRIMACY OF THE SOUL: "Ny FANAHY no maha-OLONA" ( It
is the SOUL that makes the MAN).
May everyone strive to become a "manam-panahy" (Man
of great elevation of soul) so that Madagascar does not risk
to loose – her SOUL.

Découvrir Madagascar par route, par avion, par voie maritime
et fluviale ou par voie ferroviaire c’est possible.
2018 est une année de renouveau pour le transport à Madagascar.
Atteindre les normes requises pour le bien être des
usagers, la sécurité des réseaux et la professionnalisation du
secteur dans sa globalité est notre priorité.
Pour le secteur aérien, le plan de redressement de la compagnie
Air Madagascar est sur la bonne voie. L’agrandissement
de l’aéroport d’Ivato Antananarivo, la rénovation de celui de
Nosy-Be et les prochains travaux de mise en conformité prévus
dans les aéroports de Tuléar et de Fort Dauphin marquent un
changement sur les infrastructures aéroportuaires.
Le transport maritime entamera également l’extension du
Port de Toamasina ainsi que le projet de réhabilitation du Canal
des Pangalanes.
Le transport terrestre connaît quant à lui une mue sans
précédent avec la construction des nouvelles gares routières.
Pour le secteur ferroviaire, la ligne mythique FCE reliant Fianarantsoa
et Manakara est fonctionnelle.

Discover Madagascar: by Road, by Rail, by Water or
through the Air.
2018 is a year of renewal for transport in Madagascar.
Achieving the standards required for the well-being of users,
the security of networks and the professionalisation of the
sector as a whole is our priority.
For the airline industry, Air Madagascar's recovery plan is
on the right track. The expansion of the Ivato Antananarivo
airport, the renovation of the Nosy-Be airport and the
forthcoming compliance work planned at the Tulear and Fort
Dauphin airports mark a change in airport infrastructure.
The maritime transport will improve through the extension
of Port of Toamasina, as well as by the rehabilitation project
of the Pangalanes Channel.
Land transport is undergoing an unprecedented change
with the construction of the new bus stations. Regarding the
railway sector, the mythical FCE line linking Fianarantsoa
and Manakara is already operational.
