Gould is Peabody City Councilor
the ArcWorks Arts Center in Peabody.
“Volunteering for the Northeast
Arc has been some of the
most rewarding times of my
life,” said Tom Gould. “I look
the Arc as a member of its board
the lives of people with disabilities
and an active member
leaders at Northeast
Arc to offer the most effective
range of services to people
with disabilities and to their caregivers
and families.”
“Martha and Tom have already
done so much to support
the Northeast Arc I know they
