F A C U L T Y TORCH BEARERS IGNITING MINDS Prof. Harisankar Muralidharan PGDM (IIM Lucknow), B Tech (NIT-C) Prof. Harisankar is a faculty member in the area of Marketing. An alumnus from IIM-Lucknow, he has more than 15 years of experience in industry and 4 years in academics. During the corporate career, he worked across sectors of FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Industrial Products. He has experience of handling sales and marketing operations in different markets across India and middle east. He teaches subjects in the domains of Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Currently pursuing doctoral studies, his research interests are primarily in the areas of shopping behavior and retail management. Dr. Harish R. B.Tech. (Electronics, IIT Madras), PGDM (IIM Calcutta), Ph.D. Dr. Harish is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta. He has 35 years of experience, of which 11 years is in academics. His professional experience is in marketing and management consultancy. His career includes stints with Maruti Suzuki and the Tata Group. He has published many articles, research papers, edited books and case studies. He teaches courses in Marketing and Business Strategy. His principal areas of interest are Brand Management and Consumer Behaviour. 16
F A C U L T Y Prof. Leena Sidenur B.E. (Comp. Sc.), PGPBM Prof. Leena has an industrial experience of 3 years, writing experience of 6 years and a teaching experience of over 13 years. She handles courses such as Enterprise wide information systems, Business analytics and e-business for post graduate management students. She is a governing council member at Avasar NGO, which educates deserving girl students and she firmly believes that organizations succeed when people with strong family values synergize. Dr. Manisha Singh MBA. M.Com. Ph.D. (Finance) Dr. Manisha is a faculty member in the area of Finance, Accounts and Law. She has been associated with the <strong>IBS</strong> Group since 2008 and has a total experience of 15 years in teaching and research. Prior to joining <strong>IBS</strong>, she has been associated with institutes like MDI, Rai University, Jadavpur University, etc., as a part time/full time faculty member. A gold-medalist & national scholarship holder for merit marks in M. Com & B.Com from BHU; she was awarded Ph.D. (Finance) in the year 2001. She has authored several research articles and cases, and has also organized and presented papers in various seminars & conferences. 17
