F A C U L T Y Prof. Sunil Pillai BE (Mechanical), MBA Prof. Sunil is a Mechanical Engineer from M.S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, and an MBA from Icfai Business School, Hyderabad. He has an accumulated work experience of 14 years in the Industry. He has worked in various Sales and Marketing roles, which includes Product Management for reputed Super Brands in the Consumer Durable industry. He was a core member of the corporate team which rolled out Prestige Xclusive in India, a highly successful speciality retail chain. His last stint was with Bosch in a senior management role. He also holds a certification in Financial Markets from NSE. His research interests are in the areas of online retail and impact of social media on consumers. He is a faculty member in the area of Marketing. Dr. Uma Sreedhar Pg Dip. IRPM, MA in Clinical Psychology (MSU, Baroda), M. Phil. & Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology (Bangalore University) Dr. Uma has an MA in Clinical Psychology, an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology. She was a rank holder throughout. She has 20 years of experience in academics and teaches Organizational Behaviour and elective courses in Human Resource Management for students and executives in programs held at <strong>IBS</strong> Bangalore. She has trained more than 10,000 executives so far in the area of Organizational Behaviour, HR and Soft skills. Prior to joining <strong>IBS</strong>, she was working at Alliance University and has served there for 10 years. She is also actively involved in consulting and has written research papers in reputed management journals. She was awarded the Best Faculty For Institution Building for the year 2013-14. Dr. Vanishree G. MA (Economics), Ph.D., MBA, Ph.D. Dr. Vanishree has a Ph.D. in Applied Business Economics and is also pursuing her second Ph.D. in Management. She has 25 years of experience in Academics. She has earlier worked as Director and Principal of various colleges. She has been a resource person, participated and presented several papers in national and international seminars. Apart from publishing numerous papers in research journals, she has conducted management development programs and was also an editorial Board Member for Pezzottaite Journals. She gives courses in the field of Economics. 24

Dr. Harish has been associated for 20 years with a management consulting firm belonging to the Tata Group. He has worked on about 120 consulting assignments in diverse industries and client contexts. The assignments carried out include market research, techno-economic feasibility studies, detailed project reports, social costbenefit analysis, asset revaluations, and sick unit rehabilitation studies. The client list comprises most of the major business houses in India, several state & central government organizations, multilateral funding agencies, and corporate clients from abroad. He has conducted EDPs and MDPs on topics related to Marketing Research and Brand Management. Prof. VENKATARAMAN J.
