I B S C A M P U S E S CLASSROOMS REDEFINED PREPARE TO EXPLORE IBS campuses located in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune are the constituents of the Icfaian Foundation. They offer a two-year, full-time Postgraduate Program in Management (PGPM) which prepares the students and equips them with the skills and knowledge required to have successful corporate careers. Within a span of 23 years since its establishment, IBS has shown impressive growth and achieved widespread recognition among those in the business world, industry, academic circles, and professional bodies. IBS Campuses have also been consistently ranked among the top B-schools in India in the annual B-school surveys conducted by independent research agencies. IBS has a reputation for innovative program design and effective delivery, quality courseware, personalized instructions, strong industry interface, and research consultancy and publications. IBS believes that management education should have a good blend of academic rigor and practical utility. The management graduates should possess the right knowledge, right skills, and right attitudes. IBS constantly upgrades the curriculum in line with Industry needs. The PGPM Program and curriculum transform each student to make them analytically rich, theoretically sound, and professionally versatile. Students are encouraged to get involved in several co-curricular and extracurricular activities for their overall personality development. 32
A large number of our alumni occupy the highest positions in many renowned organizations both in India and abroad, making IBS proud of their contributions to Industry. IBS makes it a practice to take feedback from all recruiters and the valuable inputs received are communicated to the current batch of students. Internships and placements are given the utmost importance. Every year, several leading companies visit the IBS campuses for internships and final placements. Career Management Centers located at the IBS campuses guide and mentor the students on placement matters. IBS has a growing alumni base of 46,000 and our alumni are currently pursuing fast track careers with 1000 plus companies in India and abroad. The IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF) has chapters in nine cities in India and alumni actively participate in the development of IBS Campuses. 33
