The MS Douro Spirit is a four-star ship where modern design and<br />
attention to detail go hand in hand, ensu<strong>res</strong> a fantastic experience<br />
along Portugal’s most famous river. A delicate blend of class and grace<br />
intertwine to create the perfect ship, sailing you through idyllic settings.<br />
Purpose-built in 2011 for cruising along Portugal’s glorious River of Gold,<br />
the extensive facilities and added home comforts ensure you have<br />
everything you need. And with a ratio of four guests per crew member,<br />
you can enjoy excellent service without lifting a finger.<br />

RESTAURANT<br />
Located on the <strong>low</strong>er deck, the <strong>res</strong>taurant is a stylish setting to enjoy<br />
your meals, which include a fantastic selection of Portuguese,<br />
Mediterranean and other international dishes. Breakfast and lunch<br />
consist of a hot and cold buffet, with lunch offering an excellent choice<br />
ranging from light salads to full meals, whilst dinner is made up of four<br />
course waiter service.<br />
LOUNGE/BAR<br />
The lounge bar, with its panoramic windows and comfortable seating is<br />
the perfect place to relax with a drink, whether it’s a hot cup of coffee<br />
to kick-start the day, a ref<strong>res</strong>hing soft drink to quench your thirst or<br />
something a little stronger to unwind after dinner – there’s something<br />
for everyone.<br />
The lounge bar is a great place to enjoy the scenery with a drink, as is<br />
the sun deck which has comfortable outdoor chairs, sun loungers and<br />
a splash pool. There is also a 24 hour self service station for tea and<br />
coffee, and a lift between the <strong>low</strong>er and upper deck.<br />
CABINS<br />
All standard cabins are 15 square met<strong>res</strong> with floor to ceiling French<br />
balconies, en suite shower, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe and<br />
TV. Suites are available on the upper and middle deck, which boast<br />
more living space at 21 – 22 square met<strong>res</strong> and a bath with an overhead<br />
shower.<br />
