a new colour innovation, is it<br />

something your team talks to<br />

their clients about?<br />

Yes – the training provided by<br />

the brand is excellent and gives<br />

our team the confidence to use<br />

the products and talk about<br />

them to clients.<br />

Do colour innovations help<br />

bring in new business?<br />

We regularly stream pictures<br />

of our work on social media,<br />

including information such<br />

as the time taken, the colour<br />

products used, and the cost of<br />

the service. We get lots of new<br />

enquiries from this.<br />

Education, the relationship and<br />

the quality of the product.<br />

When JOICO introduces new<br />

products and ranges, does it<br />

reassure you you’ve made the<br />

right choice?<br />

Absolutely, it instils confidence.<br />

Having new products and<br />

colour systems encourages<br />

education and also excites us<br />

as hairdressers. We all love<br />

shiny new things!<br />

And is it something you<br />

discuss with your clients?<br />

The ‘plex’ hype is something<br />

that has invigorated the<br />

industry and having a colour<br />

brand build it into its systems<br />

is incredible. Clients know their<br />

hair is being looked after 100<br />

per cent of the time, and it helps<br />

our bottom line as a business.<br />

What keeps your colour<br />

clients loyal to your salon?<br />

The relationship we have with<br />

them, and trust. The end result<br />

is so important and boy, do<br />

we have some incredible work<br />

walking out of our door!<br />

Do you still keep an eye on<br />

other colour brands?<br />

Always! Would I be growing and<br />

learning if I didn’t?<br />
