Fishbowl <strong>of</strong>fers a customized training<br />

program. They can come to your organization<br />

and work side-by-side with you and your<br />

team. Activities including storytelling and<br />

roleplaying to inspire and empower new<br />

behaviors, perspectives and attitudes.<br />

Fishbowl is among a handful <strong>of</strong> employeeowned<br />

companies in <strong>Utah</strong> and is committed<br />

to support humanitarian efforts through the<br />

Courage Above Mountains (CAM) Foundation,<br />

named for David’s son Cameron. CAM provides<br />

business incubation space and digital<br />

learning programs for small businesses in<br />

<strong>Utah</strong>, as well as <strong>of</strong>fer learning, health, and<br />

enrichment services to underserved individuals<br />

in the U.S. and abroad.<br />

Fishbowl’s dozens <strong>of</strong> awards over the<br />

past seven years reflect its impressive<br />

growth. In 2014, Fishbowl received four<br />

revenue growth awards: Inc. 500/5000,<br />

MountainWest Capital Network <strong>Utah</strong> 100,<br />

Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, and <strong>Utah</strong><br />

Business Fast 500. Other awards include<br />

Top 100 Champions in Small Business<br />

Influencer Award, Community Partner Award<br />

from <strong>Utah</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> Chamber <strong>of</strong> Commerce,<br />

a SAMY awards for John David King, vice<br />

president <strong>of</strong> sales for sales success, and the<br />

Humanitarian Service Award for Williams.<br />

Williams was honored as one <strong>of</strong> vSpring<br />

Capital’s Top 100 Venture Capital Entrepreneurs<br />

in 2011, and with Scott in 2012 and 2014.<br />

He was also awarded the Excellence in<br />

Leadership award from <strong>Utah</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> University.<br />

The award honors a national leader who is<br />

recognized within his or her chosen pr<strong>of</strong>ession,<br />

and whose body <strong>of</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>essional work<br />

makes him or appropriate mentor and<br />

example for students in the Woodbury School<br />

<strong>of</strong> Business.<br />

Williams serves as president <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Woodbury School <strong>of</strong> Business National<br />

Advisory Council at <strong>Utah</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> University.<br />

In this role, he mentors business students,<br />

<strong>of</strong>fers career advice, and prepares young<br />

entrepreneurs to succeed in business. Prior<br />

to joining Fishbowl, in the past David served<br />

as CEO <strong>of</strong> Franklin Quest Canada, and later<br />

as managing director <strong>of</strong> First Things First,<br />

a division <strong>of</strong> Covey Leadership.<br />

The leadership team shares its unique<br />

vision on Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and<br />

several other leadership publications regularly.<br />

Scott, Fishbowl’s president since 2011,<br />

received an honorary PhD in 2014 from<br />

the Washington Institute for Graduate<br />

Studies for her humanitarian work has<br />

helped several <strong>of</strong> <strong>Utah</strong>’s most prominent<br />

high-tech firms progress from incubation<br />

to national and global leadership status.<br />

She played a key role in Fishbowl’s successful<br />

company buyback, helped the company<br />

achieve an overall growth rate <strong>of</strong> seventy<br />

percent, and was named one <strong>of</strong> <strong>Utah</strong>’s 30<br />

Women to Watch.<br />

Fishbowl was recognized in 2015 as one<br />

<strong>of</strong> the <strong>Utah</strong> Best in State in the category <strong>of</strong><br />

business services.<br />
