provides critical service and support for
our veterans; active‐duty, National Guard
and Reserve military personnel, their
spouses and dependents; and faculty and
staff. We assist our veterans' transition back
into civilian life as they learn to navigate
the California Community College system;
and support the success, retention and
educational needs of our students \

Dear Veteran,
this survey is designed to identify high
priority issues and unmet needs for
veterans living, working, or going to school
in Riverside County. Your participation
in this survey will benefit veterans like
yourself by helping Riverside County
develop better support systems to help you
access the services that you and your fellow
veterans need and have the right to.
The survey should take only about 10
minutes to complete. We encourage you to
answer all the questions, but you should
feel free to skip any questions that may
make you feel uncomfortable.
The survey asks about your military
experience, knowledge and use of veterans’
benefits, your health and access to
health services, health risks, and overall
well-being. We also ask you to provide
information on your general characteristics
that might help target assistance to specific
individuals and groups.
