In the morning I intermittent fast with<br />
a cup of earl gray tea. The bergamot<br />
enhances the benefits of intermittent<br />

cellular repair. Fasting also lowers<br />
inflammation, gives my gut a break and<br />
enhances ketosis which my brain loves!<br />
