Sharp, Pink Hat,
Sharp expands
with Pink Hat
The OEM has announced the
acquisition of Pink Hat Technology
Management’s service contracts.
The company states that the acquisition
will allow it to expand its direct regional
sales coverage of managed network
services across Los Angeles, California.
Since 2012, Pink Hat Technology
Management has been providing cyber
security services and managed network
services, including installing and
maintaining servers, desktops, cloud
solutions, backup and disaster recovery
solutions and mobile devices in the Los
Angeles area for its clients. To ensure the
transition is as smooth as possible, the
employees of Pink Hat Tech have been
asked to join the Sharp team and will
continue to provide service to new and
existing customers.

Management’s owner, Joy Beland.

Novatech acquires Atlanta
dealership
Novatech has announced the purchase of Consolidated Copier Services (CCS),
an independent document management and copier dealership servicing the
Greater Atlanta, Georgia, area.
“For the past 32 years, Consolidated
Copier Services has built a professional
and well-respected reputation throughout
the Greater Atlanta area with its
customers and local business
communities,” said Novatech CEO
Darren Metz. “We are very excited for
both companies as we move forward.”
With the acquisition, Novatech will
retain the Consolidated Copier Services
name, office and staff.
As the company explains, Novatech has
been recognised a record 12 times by Inc
Magazine as one of the fastest-growing
companies in the United States with 13
branches throughout the South and
revenues of $100 million (€87.3 million).

industry-leading solutions for its
customers,” said Pat Nunnally, CCS
President. “We believe the efforts of our
combined teams will bring added value

With the acquisition, CCS President
Pat Nunnally is retiring. His son Lincoln

not only carry on the family tradition but
also expand services throughout the
Greater Atlanta area.

Founded in 1998 in Memphis before
moving its headquarters to Nashville in
2004, Novatech is continuing with plans
to expand its footprint throughout the
South. This is the 13th acquisition for
Novatech and the fifth in the past
two years.

Following its declaration of bankruptcy in November 2018, after the failure of
several takeover attempts, Adveo has now revealed that it has accepted a
binding offer, while its Spanish units are initiating liquidation proceedings.
As Reuters reports, Adveo stated that it
had received and accepted a binding
offer from “investment funds managed
by Sandton Capital Partners”.
This offer is for the acquisition of
“certain assets and units of Adveo” and is
for between €13.3 million and €13.5
million.
The companies that fall under this deal
are named as Adveo France SAS, Adveo
Italia SPA, Adveo Belgium NV and
Adveo Global Services SL; it does not
incorporate acquisition of stakes in
Adveo Espana, Adveo Digital Systems
Portugal, Adveo Deutschland or Adveo
Group International.
Instead, as Reuters reports, Adveo
Group International Sa has announced
that both Adveo España and Calipage
España have made a court request to
open the liquidation phase of both
companies.
