Chair Yoga<br />

Chair yoga offers the same benefits<br />

as other yoga practices, such as increased<br />

flexibility, strengthening,<br />

proper breathing and increasing<br />

range of motion in the joints. Simply<br />

use a chair to assist with postures.<br />

Chair yoga is for everyone and especially<br />

those who may have limited<br />

mobility and/or are unable to get up<br />

and down on a yoga mat. Postures<br />

can be modified to meet students’<br />

needs. Please bring your own yoga<br />

mat to class to be placed under your<br />

chair.<br />
