Midwifery Associates<br />
Lara Williams started holding antenatal clinics at<br />
Rolleston Central Health about three years ago after<br />
she noticed that many of her clients were travelling<br />
long distances to access midwifery care. Her<br />
Rolleston Central Health clinics are very popular<br />
as the practice offers fantastic facilities and easy<br />
parking. Lara has a background in medical research<br />
and is a firm believer in pregnancy and childbirth<br />
being a normal and ‘low-risk’ event for most women.<br />
However, she also understands that some women<br />
start their pregnancies with pre-existing health or<br />
pregnancy issues and some may develop health<br />
problems during pregnancy.<br />
Lara is part of Midwifery Associates - a practice of<br />
experienced midwives who believe it is important to<br />
offer women the option of epidural care for labour.<br />
Lara looks forward to seeing how RCH continues to<br />
improve the service to its patients over the next five years.<br />
Southern Rehab Rolleston<br />
You will find Southern Rehab Rolleston is located<br />
at Rolleston Central Health in the Rolleston square, 9<br />
Masefield Drive in Rolleston. The practice was developed<br />
by Roger White, Southern Rehab’s Lead Musculoskeletal<br />
Physiotherapist for Canterbury who still works there.<br />
Eileen Foyle now leads the team at Rolleston and has a<br />
special interest in spinal and sports injuries and is qualified<br />
in dry needling.<br />
The team works together with everyone involved in<br />
your care to get you back to living your best life, whether<br />
it be on the sports field, at home or at work. The clinic is<br />
open from 8am in the morning to 7pm at night, Monday<br />
to Friday. In the weekends you will see Eileen, Shannon,<br />
Luke and Tim out and around the sports fields supporting<br />
Rolleston Rugby Club and Lincoln Combined 1st 15.<br />
As Southern Rehab is an integrated interdisciplinary<br />
health group made up of occupational therapists,<br />
clinical psychologists, vocational professionals as well<br />
as physiotherapists and medical specialists, as a patient<br />
