to their look, potential to be more<br />

due to their look. A skillion or ‘shed’ roof<br />

as it is sometimes referred to, is the most<br />

common form of roofing on large sheds.<br />

Skillion and flat roofs may have a flat<br />

ceiling under them or the ceiling may<br />

follow the same rake (angle) as the roof<br />

with only rafter space between roof and<br />

ceiling. This means insulation must be<br />

installed at the time of construction,<br />

re-roofing or renovating. Heat rises and<br />

escapes uninsulated roofs so insulating<br />
