FACILITY RENTALS

2020

The Community Centers are the heart of all DC Ranch

community activities, events, and social gatherings. Residents

may reserve parts of these facilities for private events.


Desert Camp

Community Center

Desert Camp Community Center offers a variety of settings

perfect for smaller special events, parties, meetings, and

celebrations for groups up to 100.

Multi-Purpose Room

Capacity: 40

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200

Hourly Fee: $70

Private room off the lobby which is perfect for parties up to 40 including baby

& bridal showers, celebrations, meetings, presentations, intimate dinners,

and more. Includes eight 6’ banquet tables, three 33” round high top tables,

and 40 padded banquet chairs.

The Multi-purpose Room, North Patio, and Recreation Room*

may all be rented simultaneously for the pricing below:

Capacity: 100 | Security & Cleaning Desposit: $300 | Hourly Fee: $150

*The Recreation Room is available for private rentals after lobby hours. When all 3 rooms

are rented together, it will remain a public space until after lobby hours.


Recreation Room/Kitchenette

Capacity: 20

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200

Hourly Fee: $45

Private room perfect for parties up to 20 including small gatherings, meetings,

family dinners, clubs, and more. Available for private rentals after lobby hours.

North Patio

Capacity: 40

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200

Hourly Fee: $70

An intimate patio which is perfect for parties up to 40 including weddings,

celebrations, dinners, birthday parties and more. Patio includes eight 48”

round patio tables and 40 patio chairs with access to an additional eight

6’ banquet tables, three 33” round high top tables, and 40 padded banquet

chairs. Please note an interior space must also be rented if after lobby hours.


Pool Cabanas

Capacity: 30

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $50

Hourly Fee: $45

Available Rental Times: 8 a.m. to Noon and 4 to 8 p.m. Cabana Rentals

have a 2 hour minimum and 4 hour maximum.

Toddler Pool Cabana

The toddler cabana is perfect for younger groups and includes

four 48” square patio tables and 16 chairs.

West Pool Cabana

The west cabana is perfect for all age groups and includes

four 48” square patio tables and 16 chairs.

The Homestead

Community Center

The Homestead Community Center offers a variety of settings

perfect for larger special events, parties, meetings and

celebrations for groups of 50 to 200.

Grand Hall and Veranda

Capacity: 200

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $300

Hourly Fee: $200

Residents hosting large celebrations, fundraisers, seminars, and more

will find the Grand Hall and Veranda to be the perfect setting. DC Ranch’s

largest rental space includes eight 6’ banquet tables, ten 60” round tables,

eight 48” round tables, four 33” high top round tables, 200 plastic banquet

chairs, a projector/screen, 1 flat screen TV, 2 wireless mics, DIRECTV, and a

commercial kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker.


Frontier Rooms

Capacity: 50 each

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200

Hourly Fee: $70

The Grand Hall can be separated into two spaces that can accommodate

50 or 100 that includes eight 6’ banquet tables, ten 60” round tables, eight

48” round tables, four 33” high top round tables, 200 plastic banquet

chairs, a projector/screen, 1 flat screen TV, 2 wireless mics, DIRECTV, and a

commercial kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker.

Veranda

Capacity: 30

Security & Cleaning Desposit: $50

Hourly Fee: $45

A covered outdoor space overlooking the event lawn, perfect for picnics and

outdoor parties. Includes five 42” tables and 20 chairs.

Unless noted, all rentals are a 2 hour minimum during regular

business hours and a 4 hour minimum after hours. Rental times

should reflect all set-up and cleanup of the event by the renter.

The amenities mentioned in this brochure may be included for

use during your event, please confirm availability with the

rental team prior to rental.
