To this day, Ken and Sam Soderholm remain close with
the family and are frequently welcomed in to this special
home as friends.
Soderholm Custom Builders did a “yeoman’s job at
orchestrating the many parts that make a whole,”

365 days-a-year until its fruition.”
In the end, the craft and contributions coalesced into a
striking, seamless vision—and family retreat—enjoyed
today and for years to come. The Soderholms’ service
division continues to oversee the property to this day
and ensures that home operations are seamless.
Ken Soderholm said this lasting connection is the
hallmark of the way he and his sons approach business.
