Lifestyle Place in Newton Upper Falls, was designed for all
homeowners, and all budgets.
When Splash remodeled, it was important to Director of Retail
Operations Donna Zinckmoore to offer products at all price
points and for everyone to feel welcome. The store tripled its
inventory and now offers a full spectrum of product lines in
every style. For example, customers will find a $57 shower head
on display alongside a $1100 THG shower head. After all, says
Zinckmoore, “Who doesn’t love walking into a beautiful place
where you can actually buy something you wish to have?”
As the oldest “brick and mortar” to have a kitchen and bath
showroom in New England, Splash’s customer service is second
to none. “Our professionals are experienced, savvy and able to
steer customers to the correct products for their applications,”
adds Zinckmoore. “That, coupled with quality products, brings
a peace of mind that is hard to come by.”
DID YOU KNOW? While big box stores offer the same brands
as Splash—like Moen, Kohler and Delta—“You may not be
getting what you think you are getting,” says Zinckmoore.
“Although they look like the same product, they sometimes
contain components that are plastic instead of brass.” Let
