Christmas is now literally just
around the corner and if you are
on the hunt for the perfect Christmas
presents for your loved ones, the
Crafters Fair Christmas Market
at the NG Moreleta Park in the east
of Pretoria is the place to be. The
market will be open between 1 and
9 November and between 9am and
7pm daily, excluding Sundays. Bring
the entire family and shop between
more than 200 exhibitors from around
the country offering everything from
clothing, jewellery, décor to toys and
more. See you there!

Summer is officially here and
all we want to do is spend time
outside. Get the kids and pups and
take part in the Ingaadi Adventure
run/walk 21, 15, 10, 5 & 2km taking
place at the beautiful Ingaadi Spa and
Events venue in Pretoria East. The 2km,
5km and 10km run/walk is pet-friendly
while the 15 and 21km are only for
runners and walkers. Enjoy something
to eat and drink before the race, or
grab breakfast or lunch after the race.
The restaurant will be pet-friendly
on the day and will even boast a
special doggy menu as well as a gin
and ice cream bar. Enjoy a fun morning
while earning Vitality points (up to
1 500 points for the 21km). Entry is R20

For the second time this year
Helena Hettema is heading to
Candlewoods Boutique Venue. Book
your tickets now and celebrate ‘’La
Bonne Vie’’ with a French Harvest Table
under African Skies while listening to
the soulful cabaret voice of the capital’s
own Helen Hettema. The show kicks
off at 6:30pm and tickets sell for R300.

Market taking place between
9 and 10 November at Southdowns
College in Irene is the place to be
if you are a mom, mom-to-be or
shopping for gifts. With more than 100
unique vendors showcasing the most
exquisite baby and toddler necessities
you will most definitely find
something to your taste and liking.
Tickets will be for sale at the door at
R70. So circle the date in your diary!

Have a husband or boyfriend
that loves beer? Well,
then listen up. Pretoria’s
second Purely Pretoria
MovemBEER Mile is back
and we know quite a few
people who are dying to take
part. How it works: Participants
drink a 330 ml craft beer before
running 400m to the next
beer station. There are four
beer station stops along the route and runners (or drinkers) will
be fueled by Hazeldean Brewing Co. Registration opens at 1pm
and the event starts at 2pm at the Cowhouse Market. The market
is open between 9am and 4pm so we suggest getting there early
and grab a bite to eat before the event starts. Please note that
entries are capped at 100 and entry fees are R160 per person. So
book your spot early to avoid disappointment. There will also be a
prize for the best MovemBEER dressed participant so start planning
