<strong>Springs</strong>. The parade begins at Ramon<br />
Road and <strong>Palm</strong> Canyon Drive and heads<br />
northbound and concludes with a postparade<br />
patriotic concert and fireworks at<br />
the intersection of Amado Road and <strong>Palm</strong><br />
Canyon Drive.<br />
