Great news after 11 years of
waiting.
After 11 years of many attempts of
gestation via natural ways and other
fertilisation methods, Gülçimen family
resorted to ROSI method. Ayaz Sefa
baby was born today after a very
healthy period of pregnancy, which
became a reality thanks to ROSI method.
Obstetrician and gynecologist Prof.
Dr. Recai Pabuçcu from Centrum Clinic
stated that they were really happy and
excited to break ground and summarized
the process: “We’ve been waiting for this to happen
with excitement and we’re very happy to have delivered
a baby that was fertilised with ROSI method. The baby
was born 15 days earlier than expected, and the delivery
was made with epidural method. Both the baby and
the mother are very healthy. We and the family are very
happy and excited.”
Don’t let azoospermia make you lose your hopes.
Prof. Dr. Recai Pabuçcu explains ROSI method, which is
a new hope for the couples suffer from azoospermia:
“It is a cutting-edge technology method and we’ve just
started applying it and witnessed its success. First, the
causes of azoospermia are investigated and solutions to
that are revealed. We apply to ROSI method only when
we can’t succeed the gestation with these solutions. In
ROSI method, we make a detailed search for progenitor
round sperm cells first. And then we activate these cells
with a process to get them capable of fertilising the
egg. After fertilisation, we transfer the embryos to the
uterus.
Babies are hale and hearty!
No medical problems are observed during the
pregnancies that became a reality via ROSI method.
The process is very ordinary. And the first baby that was
brought into this world thanks to ROSI method, Ayaz
Sefa is very healthy!

yöntemleri ile 11 yıl boyunca çocuk
sahibi olmayı deneyen Gülçimen
ailesi, çareyi ROSI yöntemiyle buldu.
Bu yöntemle sağlanan gebelik süreci
son derece sağlıklı geçti ve Ayaz Sefa
bebek dünyaya gözlerini açtı. Centrum
Clinic Kadın Sağlığı Merkezi Kadın
Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanı Prof.
Dr. Recai Pabuçcu Türkiye’de bir ilk
gerçekleştiği için heyecanlı olduklarını
belirtti ve süreci anlattı: “Bugün Türkiye’de hepimizin
heyecanla beklediği bir ilk gerçekleşti ve ROSI yöntemi ile
gebe kalmış ilk hastamız bebeğine kavuştu. Beklenenden
15 gün önce dünyaya sağlıklı bir erkek bebek geldi. Doğum
epidural yoluyla gerçekleşti. Şu an annenin de bebeğin de
durumu gayet iyi. Aile de biz de çok heyecanlı ve mutluyuz.”
Azospermi yüzünden umudunuzu yitirmeyin!
Azospermi sebebiyle çocuk sahibi olamayan çiftlere yeni
bir umut kapısı olan ROSI yöntemini, Prof. Dr. Recai
Pabuçcu şöyle anlatıyor: “ROSI yöntemi, son teknoloji
bir işlem ve Türkiye’de de yeni uygulamaya başladığımız,
başarısına şahit olduğumuz bir yöntem. Önce azosperminin
sebepleri detaylıca araştırılıyor ve çözüm üretiliyor. Ancak
bu çözümlerle başarı sağlanamadığında çocuk sahibi
olmak için ROSI yöntemine başvuruluyor. Bu yöntemle
yapılan detaylı aramada öncül yuvarlak sperm hücrelerini
bulunuyor ve normalde yumurtayı döllemesi mümkün
olmayan spermlere özel dölleme işlemleri uygulanıyor.
Bu işlemle elde ettiğimiz embriyoları transfer ederek ROSI
işlemini gerçekleştiriyoruz.”
Bebekler son derece sağlıklı!
ROSI yöntemiyle elde edilen gebeliklerde herhangi bir
sağlık sorunu gözlemlenmedi. Gebe kalındıktan sonraki
tüm süreç normal seyrinde ilerliyor. Bugün Türkiye’de bu
yöntem ile dünyaya gelen ilk bebek Ayaz Sefa da son derece
sağlıklı!
