The Milford on Sea Dementia Action
Group
A new group for those affected by
dementia is starting in March. It will be
a Memory Therapy Service for people living
locally who are experiencing mild to medium
cognitive impairment or dementia. The
sessions will be held on 1st and 3rd Thursday
of each month lasting for 2 hrs from 10.30 and
include refreshments, social interaction and a
stimulating activity along with the cultivation of
seasonal flowers and vegetables in near by

The DAG website
www.milfordonseadementia.co.uk gives
information on support and other activities in
the village and surrounding areas for people
affected by dementia, their families and carers.
We also run free information sessions for
organisations, businesses and families and
friends of people affected by dementia. These
are informal sessions that last about an hour.
