I’m now the Chief Diversity Officer for
the Global Impact firm Palladium. We’re a
business which has over 3000
employees in 90 countries around the
world working hard to help solve some of
our planet’s most pressing challenges.
We work closely with governments,
businesses, and investors. We
implement innovative education,
health and economic development
programmes and provide specialist
consulting and in-depth financial insights
which put us at the forefront of the
growing interest in impact investing.
I’ve spent my life trying to make
the case for a fairer and more equal
workplace environment. It’s something
I’ve always cared passionately about. It’s
more than a job.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR PERSONAL
ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE YEARS?
I’m proud of what we’ve managed
to achieve here at Palladium in the
space of just over three years. In 2017,
Palladium identified an Equal Pay Gap
of 21% in some parts of the business.
But as of the end of 2019 globally
we succeeded in bringing that figure
down to less than 2%.
