There is much discussion at the moment<br />

need to understand that women are not<br />
a homogenous group and look critically<br />
at which women are accessing these<br />
opportunities. In many cases, they will<br />
have more in common with their male<br />
counterparts.<br />

and we’re also going to see more<br />
companies equipping their D&I leaders<br />
with ever more sophisticated data and<br />
setting more ambitious KPIs —<br />
something that’s had a huge impact<br />
