To our dearest international students,
It is with great pleasure that I congratulate
you on approaching the horizon of graduation with
your medical degree! It is an exciting time and there
will be many changes over the next year as your
career moves towards the end stages. Graduating
medicine is a huge accomplishment, but before we
can truly celebrate, we must secure the next steps
in our progression. The following pages contain the
best advice we could muster to help you secure
internships. As international students, be prepared to
take internships wherever possible. It is only one year,
but this year is absolutely required to set up the rest
of your training. I wish you the very best of luck with
internship, medicine and the future of your career as
a soon-to-be doctor.
