Warranty terms<br />
These warranty conditions apply to<br />
products supplied by Kaiser & Kühne and<br />
components as detailed below.<br />
Not covered by warranty:<br />
Weather-related dry cracks in<br />
vertically installed posts do not<br />
constitute a warranty claim (cf.<br />
supplement to DIN EN 1176, note to<br />
4.2.7.6).<br />
Excluded from this guarantee are<br />
all parts which are subject to wear<br />
due to use; these are in particular<br />
bearings (without carousel<br />
bearings), joints, excavator shovels,<br />
shafts, chains, ropes, running<br />
surfaces, powder coatings.<br />
Excluded from this warranty are<br />
also damages caused by<br />
installation which is not<br />
professional or does not comply<br />
with our installation instructions,<br />
deliberate destruction and<br />
vandalism or lack of maintenance.<br />
In the case of justified warranty<br />
claims, Kaiser & Kühne shall have<br />
the choice of repairing or delivering<br />
equivalent replacement goods.<br />
5 years:<br />
Warranty periods:<br />
Note<br />
• swing axles<br />
• carousel bearing<br />
• all remaining parts, if no wearing part<br />
(see below)<br />
All parts made of stainless steel (e.g.<br />
material quality 1.4301) and hot-dip<br />
galvanized steel mounted in regions with<br />
sea air, heavy air pollution by industry,<br />
traffic or intensive agriculture are excluded<br />
from the aforementioned guarantees.<br />
The guarantee can only come into effect if<br />
the equipment has been serviced by trained<br />
personnel in accordance with Kaiser &<br />
Kühne’s specifications and, if necessary, has<br />
been properly repaired using original spare<br />
parts.<br />
The warranty period begins on the day on<br />
which the product is delivered from the<br />
Kaiser & Kühne location. The warranty only<br />
applies on condition that the foundation,<br />
construction and maintenance have been<br />
carried out and documented in accordance<br />
with Kaiser & Kühne’s instructions.<br />
Proof of proper maintenance<br />
(submission of the complete<br />
inspection and maintenance<br />
reports in accordance with the<br />
requirements of DIN EN 1176, Part<br />
7) shall be furnished by the client or<br />
operator of the play equipment.<br />
Defects in parts of the delivery do<br />
not entitle the Principal to derive<br />
rights for the remaining order from<br />
this fact, in particular with regard to<br />
payment dates.<br />
10 years:<br />
• Breakage and rotting of the robinia<br />
wood/robinia plywood upright with<br />
tubular foot<br />
• All parts made of stainless steel (e.g.<br />
material quality 1.4301)<br />
• All parts made of hot-dip galvanized<br />
