A word from the Principal...
Welcome,
I’d like to start this week’s newsletter with some lovely news; Miss Wright is due to have a baby
later this year! We are all really excited for her and wish her and her husband, Luke, the very best.
We will miss her next year, but are very fortunate to have Miss Law taking on the role of SENCO in
her absence.
Our partial opening has gone incredibly well, with numbers increasing from around 40 in the first
week, to over 60 this week. We are approaching capacity in many of our learning bubbles now
though, so please contact me soon if your child is in an eligible year group and you would like them
to return.
You should have received a letter this week explaining which class your child will be in next year
and who their class teacher will be. We have made all of our decisions based on the needs of the
children, with the intention of retaining as much consistency for the younger children as possible.
Thank you for all of the positive feedback we have already received about this.
You will hopefully be aware that next week is the Virtual School Games. This is an opportunity for
our children to take part in daily sporting challenges and submit their scores online to represent
Ludgvan. Please keep an eye out for updates via our Facebook and your child’s Seesaw account.
Stay safe,
Mr Adam Anderson
