Fourth and fifth-grade elementary school children make up the jury. An authentic Federal Judge usually presides over the proceedings.” Lee reports that Santa usually wins the case but, several years ago, Santa was convicted. The judge delivered a Solomon-like decision, ruling that Santa be placed on probation—until after Christmas.
