Ntsele
Busi Ntsele is as multitalented
as she is glamorous. As the force
behind local luxury designer brand,
Ruby Red, she empowers women
to look their best. However, her
sense of spirituality radiates above
all else and she helps other women
to fulfil their own path of selfempowerment.
She describes herself as a
businesswoman, spiritual and
energy healer, and life coach. As
a Jo’burg native, it was during her
studies at the University of the Free
State that she made Bloemfontein
her home. “I was born and raised
in Gauteng and moved to the
Free State to pursue my studies in
accountancy at the University of
the Free State. Teaching has always
been my calling and based on
my qualifications in accounting, I
embarked on a journey of selfempowerment
and empowerment
of others in healing their ‘money
wounds’,” Busi reflects.
The wife and mom of three
girls is also a perfectionist, which
can be seen in all her business
endeavours. “The worst decision
I’ve ever made, was to start a
business that I knew nothing
about while depending on
others. I’m a perfectionist; you
can see it in my everyday life
as well as the way I run my
businesses. I don’t stop until
I get something done.
“But the best decision
I’ve ever made, was to accept and
acknowledge my calling allowing
my personality to serve the energy
of my soul,” she says.
Busi’s life and business decisions
are God-driven as she believes
that His presence in her ventures
is the key to success. “I’m inspired
by women both young and old
who I know and see every day as
well as those I read about or see on
TV. These are the kind of women
who understand the reason for
their existence and strive to fulfil
their purpose in life while proving
that anything is possible if you’re
determined to achieve it.”
