Saw for fiber cement with PCD tipping round tooth
For machining fiber cement such as Eternit for facade construction or cellon
Technical details:
Diameter: 160 mm
Groove width: 3.2 mm
Teeth: Z 4 round tooth
Inner bore: 20 mm
Suitable for fiber cement and highly abrasive materials, normally for use in
hand-held machines.
For CNC machines, teeth numbers from Z8-16 are recommended.
Also for fiberglass panels and CFRP panels to a limited extent, only good quality for
very slow cuts.
Specialty:
The diamond-tipped saw blades are for the industrial production of facades on the
basis of fiber cement. The round tooth enables the saw tooth to plunge gently into
the material. A spoon, one of the oldest tools of all, is therefore round and not
square.
The round tooth is significantly more expensive to manufacture but, due to its round
shape, is much less sensitive to tool edge damage.
The round tooth shape makes the saw blade very robust. The PCD-tipped incisors
provide a very good service life for the incisor.
