This patented Aerotech was specially developed for applications with a lot of leftover
pieces (e.g. nesting)
The attached scraper has 3 functions:
1.) Keep residues away from the inside of the turbine, so that mechanical unbalance
limitation
2.) Sound reduction depending on the machine 82dB (A) instead of 90 dB (A)
3.) Full protection for the internal turbine blades in the event of a tool break.
The previous functions of the Aerotech are retained:
1.) Chip suction around the tool and feed of the chips into the suction.
2.) Prevention of multiple machining
3.) Cooling of the milling cutter with the ambient air
4.) Depending on the application, higher feed rate when milling
5.) Can be blown out via the C-axis bolts of the CNC machine
6.) G 2.5 at 24,000 rpm
7.) Clampable shafts D 25 and smaller with reduction
8.) Vibration limitation through monolithic hydraulic expansion chucks
9.) Hardened steel body for maximum safety
