Advantages in CNC machining with the Aerotech system
The Aerotech system allows dust-free nesting processing with high feed rates in
industry. The shank shape HSK 20C guarantees high stability of the milling cutters
through form and force fit, quick tool change without measuring, especially an issue
in nesting.
The air suction generated by the turbine removes up to 95% of the dust and chips
from the groove - more productivity.
The Aerotech System is a monolithic tool holder made of 58 HRC hardened steel. Its
balance quality of G2.5 and concentricity of 3 µm offer a particularly high safety and
quality standard.
