JEC innovation for composite processing
The Aerotech System is a patented monolithic tool holder made of 58 HRC hardened
steel. Its balance quality of G2.5 and concentricity of 3µm offer a particularly high
safety and quality standard (DGUV and BG tested).
At JEC 2013 (Paris and Boston), Aerotech was recognized as an innovation in
composite processing.
HSK 20C is a special shank shape. It guarantees high stability of the milling cutters
through form and force fit, quick tool change without calibration, designed for the
highest demands.
End mills with HSK 20C as well as profile and face mills can be used.
In aluminum processing, the combination of Aerotech and face milling cutters creates
the highest surface quality without further post-processing or cooling.
A tool kit with a torque wrench is required for tool assembly.
