Bicarbon<strong>at</strong>es Magical Concoction<br />
One night in the forest, a group of witches were meeting secretly.<br />
There were three of them, all crowding round the cauldron <strong>try</strong>ing <strong>to</strong><br />
come up with a spell <strong>to</strong> turn their friend in<strong>to</strong> a frog. One witch,<br />
Bethany, had bought vinegar. The main witch, Sally, had bought<br />
bicarbon<strong>at</strong>e of soda. They started <strong>to</strong> mix the vinegar in the very<br />
large cauldron. Bethany poured in the whole tub of bicarbon<strong>at</strong>e of<br />
soda! Huge mounds of airy bubbles sprayed from out of the cauldron!<br />
A light brown goo covering everything for miles around. And <strong>to</strong> this<br />
day, those witches have never, EVER, been found.<br />
Ingredients<br />
30 ml of malt vinegar<br />
1 small tsp of bicarbon<strong>at</strong>e of soda<br />
Method<br />
1. Measure out the vinegar and pour in<strong>to</strong> a container<br />
approxim<strong>at</strong>ely 10x larger.<br />
2. Measure out the bicarbon<strong>at</strong>e of soda<br />
3. Add the bicarbon<strong>at</strong>e of soda in all <strong>at</strong> once and w<strong>at</strong>ch the magic<br />
happen!<br />
