Eruption
The bicarbonate of soda is an alkali and will react with the acidic vinegar
to make bubbles of carbon dioxide gas. The soap you added earlier will
help the mixture to froth up even more with the bubbles and you will get
lots of foam.
This was quite messy but luckily, I
did it on the grass so I just squirted water at it from my nose to
hose it down when I had finished.
My question is: Why do you add in soap. What difference does it
make to the eruption? What is your question?
