From the desk of the

Joint Convenor

“We are created for community, fashioned for

fellowship, and formed for a family, and none

of us can fulfill God’s purposes by ourselves.”

- Rick Warren-

Greetings in the Holy name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

After a blessed time of fellowship at Kamshet in 2017, the Immanuel CSI Church Youth Fellowship (Hyderabad),

eagerly await to host the 2 nd National Youth Conference. Our vertical relationship with Christ is never

complete without exercising the horizontal relationship with our fellow believers and this is exactly what this conference

serves as a platform for. is is a wonderful opportunity to meet youth from other churches of the CSI

family, refresh the bonds created in 2017 and mutually encourage each other in our spiritual growth.

Faith’s Unknown Battlegrounds – Do you think there is a battleground when you consider faith? When we

accept Christ into our lives, we are unable to foresee the battles and challenges that await us. Our faith gets tested

every day, be it in our colleges or work places or in our routines in society. What is our response in these situations?

Do we take the worldly way or do we take a stand (albeit difficult) to defend our Christian faith? is is

what God teaches us through the scriptures – to be always prepared to face your battles (internal and external)

and defend your faith.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Moderator of CSI, Most Rev. omas K Oommen, all the participating churches,

Presbyters in-charge, and the delegates for your prayers, guidance and support throughout. We hope these 3 days

make a strong impact in your lives and help you to prepare yourselves for your upcoming faith battles. Let’s

charge on with Christ in our lives to face our battles!

anking you,

Mary Ashish Joseph
