CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
By the God’s Grace, we have started ‘Balabodhini Club’ in Katrapally, Sadanapally, Pashampally, and Rajupally villages.
We started this club last year with only 5 children, but now it flourished to 250 children (where majority
of them belong to non-Christian background). In this club, our youth volunteers take free tuition classes (study
hours), moral classes and bible classes. Children from the whole village gather every evening for classes irrespective
of caste, religion and school denominations. Children’s Club. Every Sunday and Saturday we visit these villages
and take classes for these children.
MINISTRY AMONG YOUTH & WOMEN
e ministry among youth and women in all churches and villages plays a vital role in mission works. Retreats,
trainings and awareness programs are conducting for youth and women.
GOSPEL TEAM MINISTRY (SUVARTHA SEVA)
For proclaiming the Gospel all the missionaries used to visit a village once in every week. e faith and enthusiasm
of villagers are really inspiring us to proclaim the Gospel. House visits, personal evangelism, family counseling,
street preaching, skits, short films and movies are ways we used to proclaim the Gospel.
HEALING MINISTRY
Katrapally and the surrounding villages are known for scorpions snake and cobras, where the village people are frequently
suffering with snake and scorpion bites. For medical assistance they have to travel 25-50 km to get medical
aid (where there is not much public transportation system). It is our vision to start medical assistance and ‘Medical
Camps’ (atleast once in a month) to help the poor village people.
EDUCATION MINISTRY
We are the pioneers of Education in this village where we have the legacy of 27 years. e CSI Bishop Joseph Memorial
High School (Estd. 1990) plays a vital role in providing wisdom (English and Telugu Medium) and nurturing
in moral values especially to the poor, orphan and semi orphan children from the surrounding villages viz; Katrapally,
Rajupally, Sadanapally, Pashampally, Gudam, Suryanayik anda, Vasanthapoor, Noorjahanpally, Singaram.
At present, more than 300 children are studying in this school, where we are lacking of basic facilities like furniture,
computer, class rooms, compound wall, student and teacher sponsorships etc.
