SewellStreet and Davie Street at 9.45am.The parade
willmarch to Trousselot Park,Charles Street,where
aserviceand dedication willbeheldat10am.
The RSAwill also be holdingaDawnService at
6.30amattheWar Memorial (RavenQuay).
Rangiora
The Anzac DayParade willassemble at Rangiora
FarmersCarpark,Alfred Street at 11am.The paradewill
then march up Percival Street and along High Street to
the Cenotaphfor the11.30am service and
wreathlaying ceremony.
The Rangiora RSA and Councilwillalsolay wreaths
at the Rangiora HighSchool at 9.30am (assembling
at 9.20am).
Oxford
AMemorialService will be held in the OxfordTownHall
at 9.30am.
Fernside
AMemorial Service followed by awreathlaying ceremony
will be held in the FernsideMemorial Hall at10am.
Cust /West Eyreton
AMemorial Service will be held in the Cust Community
Centre at 10am. The service will be followedbyawreath
laying ceremonyatthe West Eyreton Memorial at 11am.
Tuahiwi
AMemorial Service will be held at the WarMemorial
and thoseattending theserviceshouldassembleat
1.45pm at thecommunity mail boxesbythe Urupa
(cemetery) forthe 2pm service.
Temporaryroad closures will be in
place in Kaiapoi and Rangiora, Cust
and West Eyreton to accommodate
theRSA parades. Members of the
publicare welcome to attend the
above commemorativeservices
and wreath laying ceremonies.

Resonance Ensemble will
present Song and Dance,a
selection of chamber and
orchestral works, in the
Rangiora Town Hall on
Sunday, April 18.
Conducted by Helen
Renaud, the programme
explores the influence of
songs and dances on
composers of orchestral
music.
The audience can enjoy
20th Century works, including
Astor Piazzolla’s haunting
slow tango Oblivion,arranged
for strings, which features the
ensemble’s leader Cornelia
Didenco, as violin soloist.
There will also be lively
Romanian Dances by Bela
Bartok and Malcolm Arnold’s
English Dances (set ll) for
wind ensemble. The
programme travels back in
time to the 17th Century as
the brass quintet plays a
selection of five dances from
Terpsichore collection

it was too little,too late.’’

lenient approach’’.

families in an even worse
financial situation. Building

People are encouraged to get

2021. Asummary ofthe decisions requested in the

The summary of decisions requested, all original
submissions, and copies of the further submission form
are now available at www.hurunui.govt.nz/pc5, and from
the Hanmer Springs Library.
Further Submissions
Further submissions are now invited on the submissions
received. A further submission can only be made
in support of, or opposition to, a relevant original
submission. It provides an opportunity for you to assess
how any original submissions may affect you, and to
have your views considered. You donot have to have
made an original submission to be able to make afurther
submission, but under Clause 8ofthe First Schedule to
the Resource Management Act 1991 only the following
persons may make afurther submission:
•Any person representing arelevant aspect of the
public interest; and
•Any person that has an interest in the proposed
plan change greater than the interest that the
general public has; and
•Alocal authority itself.
Acopy of the further submission must be served on
the person who made the original submission to which
your further submission relates, within five working days
of making the further submission to Hurunui District
Council.
