The great news is that the long-awaited
Tour de Manc has been rescheduled to
take place on Sunday 5th September, full
details are on pages 32-33.
Read all about the Friends of Hopwood

They have recently been awarded the
much deserved, prestigious Queens Award
for voluntary service. There’s also been a
lot of activity at Queens Park, including
the arrival of a new tree carving in the
children’s playground. They’re currently
putting together a list of activities to take
place at the outside theatre throughout
the summer months so keep a look out for
more details on their Facebook page and
in your local Streetwise magazine.
