WI RECIPE

Easy Rhubarb Crumble

Great recipe to use for other seasonal fruit such as apples and blackberries

INGREDIENTS

500g Rhubarb

75g Flour

25g Oats

100g Sugar

50g Butter or Margarine

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 190C Gas 5

2. ub the butter or margarine into the flour

3. Stir in 75g sugar and all the oats

4. Wash the rhubarb and cut into chunks about

1 cm big

5. Place these in a baking dish (or small individual

dishes)

6. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on the top

7. Cover with the crumble mixture

8. Bake for 40 mins until golden brown
