New appointment for Launch Tech UK
Diagnostics specialists, Launch Tech UK, has announced the appointment of
Mike Carter as Technical Manager to help the company deliver key product
support and technical training.
As the new Technical Manager, Carter’s
role will involve providing technical
support and demonstrations to
customers, sales support and producing
content for YouTube as Launch Tech UK
continues to develop its digital strategy.
Carter’s previous experience lies in
operations and training management
positions within the automotive industry.
Carter comments, “I’m looking forward
to being part of the Launch Tech UK team
to offer guidance on the latest Launch
products and assist in pushing the brand
forward digitally.”
Dave Richards, Managing Director at
Launch Tech UK said: “We pride ourselves

provide our customers with experts at the
end of the phone. We are delighted to have
secured Mike for this position to ensure we
can continue to deliver excellent customer
service and tech support – and we believe
his previous experiences and skills will also
help bring fresh ideas to the team.”
Diagnostics brand promotes within to
continue growth strategy
Launch Tech UK has promoted Richard Collyer to the role of National Sales
Manager as the diagnostics company continues its successful growth strategy.
Collyer has been with Launch Tech UK for a
number of years, demonstrating, marketing
and selling the brand’s leading diagnostic
tools, as well as growing the chemical side
of the business.
In his new role, Richard will be overseeing
the growth of Launch Tech UK, working
with motor factors and trading groups to
ensure the brand best supports them.
Collyer comments: “I’m pleased to start
my new position to help garages and motor
factors with diagnostic tools and products
that support a modern aftermarket. Access
to data and real time support is key for
workshops, and something we are very
passionate about at Launch Tech UK.”
Richard will continue to work alongside
the rest of the Launch Tech UK team, to
bring new and exciting products to the
market. The next product will be ADAS
Mobile, a new launch that fills a gap in the
market for ADAS calibration tools that
ensure ultimate driver and passenger
safety.

Adam Hilton appointed Sales & Marketing Director at
Tecalemit Garage Equipment
Tecalemit Garage Equipment has announced that Adam Hilton has joined the
company as Sales & Marketing Director.
Adam will be heading up Tecalemit’s
commercial operations and brings a wealth
of industry experience from his time in
the motor trade, most recently as the UK
Sales Manager of GSF Car Parts’ garage
equipment division.
Outside of work, Adam has also gained
a strong reputation as a fundraiser. In
December last year, he participated in 3
and won 3 of his bouts at a charity UWCB
boxing event for Cancer Research UK.
Adam raised in excess of £3,000 and is
currently planning a skydive for Macmillan
Cancer Support at the end of August.
Tecalemit is going through a period
of expansion, and Adam is just the latest
in a series of new appointments across
the company. Speaking about the latest
announcement, James Devonport,
Tecalemit’s Managing Director, said, “I am
pleased Adam has now joined the team
here at Tecalemit. I know he will bring
unique skills to enhance the company’s
commercial operations, and both myself
and team are looking forward to working
with him.”
