EXPO 22 is Turkey’s first exhibition on bearing components
and technologies, and said:

Minister Varank, who said, “It is easy for Turkey to
dominate the mattress industry, mattress sub-industry
and technologies in the coming period”, added that for
this, it is necessary to integrate artificial intelligence and
digital technologies into mattresses.
IBIA EXPO 22, A NEW POWER IN TURKISH EXHI-
BITIONS
Osman Güler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBIA
Association, made the following statement regarding
the Exhibition: “When we look at the numerical size of
the mattress sub-industry sector in Turkey, we are faced
with a very bright picture. The production of sectoral
companies in our country is 3 billion dollars and their
exports are 2 billion dollars. We have a huge employment
of 25 thousand people. Our goal is to reach new
records, 35 thousand jobs and an export figure of 3
billion dollars.” Güler added that they will hold the IBIA
EXPO 23 between September 28 and October 01.
Ümit Vural, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BİFAŞ
Exhibition Organization, organizer of IBIA EXPO 22 in
his speech at the opening, said that although it is the
first and only Exhibition in its sector in Turkey, IBIA
EXPO 22 gained an international dimension in a short
time and became the largest Exhibition in Eurasia and
the second largest in the world in its sector. Vural said,
“One of our most important goals is to help the Turkish
mattress sub-industry sector, which has an important
place in the world, to become a global brand.”
IBIA EXPO 2022 is Turkey’s first in the field of mattress
components and technologies, as well as being
the biggest Exhibition of Eurasia at the international
level. It can be seen with numbers as well. IBIA EXPO 22
was visited by a total of 22 thousand 467 people, both
nuyla 06-09 Ekim tarihlerinde İstanbul Fuar Merkezi’nde
kapılarını açan İBİA EXPO 2022, önemli başarılara imza
attı. Bilindiği üzere IBIA EXPO 22, yatak bileşenleri ve
teknolojilerinde Türkiye’de bir ilk olmanın yanı sıra,
uluslararası düzeyde Avrasya’nın en büyük, dünyanın ise
en büyük ikinci fuarıdır. Fuarın açılışına katılan Sanayi
ve Teknoloji Bakanı Mustafa Varank, Avrupa, Orta Doğu,
Amerika, Kuzey Afrika, Rusya’dan 25 bini aşkın profesyonelin
katıldığı IBIA Expo 2022’de en son teknolojilerin ve
yenilikçi ürünlerin sergilendiğini vurguladı. ve Bağımsız
Devletler Topluluğu, 10 hedef ülkeden özel alım komiteleri
ile katıldı.
‘DÜNYANIN EN BÜYÜK İKİNCİ FUARI’
Bakan Varank, IBIA EXPO 22’nin Türkiye’nin ilk rulman
bileşenleri ve teknolojileri fuarı olduğuna da dikkat çekerek
şunları söyledi:
“Bu yıl ilk kez düzenlenmesine rağmen kendi sektöründe
Avrasya’nın en büyük, dünyanın ise en büyük ikinci fuarı.
Fuarın bundan sonra sektörün en önemli buluşma noktalarından
biri olacağına inanıyoruz” dedi.
TÜRKİYE YATAK SEKTÖRÜNE HAZIR OLABİLİR”
“Önümüzdeki dönemde Türkiye’nin yatak sektörüne,
yatak yan sanayine ve teknolojilere hakim olması kolay”
diyen Bakan Varank, bunun için yapay zeka ve dijital
teknolojilerin yataklara entegre edilmesi gerektiğini de
sözlerine ekledi.
